The Photoville Freelance Safety Clinics are an opportunity for freelance photojournalists and documentary photographers with a knowledge of safety best practice, to receive free, expert, one-to-one advice relating to a specific story or situation. Safety topics can include physical safety, risk assessment, digital security and surveillance, online harassment or trauma management with successful applicants matched with an expert appropriate to their needs.
The clinics will run online and each individual session will be up to 45 minutes. Successful applicants will be asked to provide information prior to their consultation so that their matched expert is able to offer the most appropriate, tailored support in the time available.
