We have made it through another long winter. Dark and cold, and at times overwhelming. But after every fall and winter, spring must inevitably follow, and with it comes joy and rebirth.
It is in that spirit that we bring to you this visual gift of senses reawakened. Five artists, bursting with new life, vibrant energy, and hope undimmed. They are united in their playful mixing of mediums, their bold use of color, their call to believe that magic is still all around us.
The works include:
- A Colorful Dream by Adrien Broom
- Breaking The Box by Nichole Washington
- Emergent Behavior by Thomas Jackson
- Belle Noir by Jaimee Todd
- Birds of a Feather by Claire Rosen
Wherever you start viewing work, at any point, allow yourself to walk around the full outdoor gallery of joy at Manhattan West. Spend a moment in the technicolor fantasy world of Adrien Broom, visit with the feathered aristocrats of Claire Rosen’s drawing rooms, boldly bust boundaries with Nichole Washington, float with the artificial flocks of Thomas Jackson, and bear witness to the colorful coifs and blessings of prosperity of Jaimee Todd’s portraits.
