Nika Lopez is an administrator, educator, and wellness advocate. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Hunter College and Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Baruch College. She has worked in higher education for over 10 years. She currently serves as the assistant director of the Division of Continuing Education at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. She has contributed to organizing and implementing numerous educational and cultural events and publications such as SVACE’s Art & Activism event series and the ContinuEd triannual newsletter.
Tributaries is a group exhibition featuring the works of three lens-based artists and members of the School of Visual Arts Continuing Education community, residency participant Murat Kahya, SVACE student Nivia Hernandez, and SVACE faculty member Esteban Toro.
