In celebration of the 50th anniversary of New York Magazine, photography director Jody Quon made a selection of the 50 photographs with the most interesting back stories, featuring interviews with Milton Glaser, Walter Bernard, Carl Fischer, Harry Benson, Barbara Kruger, Brigitte Lacombe, Amanda Demme, Dan Winters, and others.
