Rae Powers

Rae Powers is an emerging arts educator and recent graduate from NYU Steinhardt. She has received her BFA in Photography, BA in Culture and Media Studies from Parsons, The New School and most recently her MA in Art and Education with a certification for K-12 from NYU. Rae is an alumni of the service program, City Year, where she worked with grades 6-8. Rae strives to engage young people in community practices and encourages students to find their voices through artistic mediums.
