Shaminder Dulai serves in a new position as deputy BOP chair and will oversee planning of the newly established Best of Photojournalism/National Honors Awards Conference and other public events related to the BOP. Dulai will also collaborate with NPPA’s fundraising and communications committees to promote and financially support the competition.
