Sherry Wang is a product designer based in New York City with a background in human-computer interaction and consulting. She’s passionate about the intersection of social impact and photography and manages corporate partnerships for Lensational, a social enterprise that uses photography to empower women and girls economically and emotionally. Previously, she also did volunteer photography for Daughters Rising, a non-profit organization in Thailand that works to empower at-risk girls through education and training programs to prevent trafficking.
The photo industry has been dominated by men for years, but never before have women’s voices been stronger. In this panel, we’ll be joined by creatives who are pushing to help female photographers share their work and their stories.
