Ray Arzate is the coordinator for the Documentary division of the NPPA’s Best of Photojournalism competition. Arzate is the managing partner / owner of Storyville RD, a company that shares the skills he has acquired through the years with people, businesses and organizations whose story needs to be told. During his time as a photojournalist in El Paso, Texas, Nashville, Atlanta and Las Vegas, h e has won 29 Emmy Awards, 12 AP Broadcasters Awards, 3 Edward R. Murrow, 3 Promax Awards, 4 NPPA Best of Photojournalism Contest Awards & was a Silver Gavel Award Finalist.
