Learn how to create a mini zine, create time for play, and share your art!

Create and Resist: Zine Workshop + Swap is exactly what it sounds like. It will be a drop-in event where folks can learn to make a mini zine—collage, write, and draw in it—and swap with other artists if they’d like! Artist and zinemaker Jordan (Jo) Roth will be there to facilitate and assist when needed. All you need is the ability to safely use scissors and an open mind!
Jordan (Jo) Roth (they/she) is a zine-maker, storyteller, and curator based in Western New York. Through collage, photography, and writing they create art that explores queerness, resistance, grief, and joy. In addition to making their own art, Jo hosts workshops and community events with an emphasis on making space for all the complexities of living through continued unprecedented times.
